PA to Managing Director/ Marketing Coordinator
After a record year in 2009, this year we have an exciting year ahead. 2010 will see Foxhillls expand our portfolio into the South Croydon area.
We are looking for a full time candidate to support the Managing Director in all aspects of his role. An average of 20 hours per week will be dedicated to assisting the Marketing Manager with the day to day marketing for the new property.
- Able to travel between 2 businesses which are approximately 1 hour apart (9.00 am to 5.30 pm (approx) finish Mon- Fri). Primarily based in South Croydon, with occasional travel to Surrey based established company
- Previous experience with at least 2 years experience in a similar role with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Previous Marketing, PR and events experience would be beneficial but not necessary

Commis Chef
We are looking to recruit a Commis Chef to join our 19 strong brigade of Chefs covering our award winning Manor Restaurant, Summerhouse Brasserie, Clubhouse Function’s and our Gastro Bar Nineteen. Working 5 days out of 7 with various shifts including some splits.
You will need to have at least 1 year’s previous experience and be used to working under pressure. Live in available if needed. As a full time member of staff you will be entitled to use all the leisure facilities.

Conference/Events Co-ordinator
This is an additional role to join our very busy Sales and Events team mainly working with our corporate client’s events; working a 5-day week including some weekends.
You will need good communication and customer service skills both over the phone and face to face, strong IT skills, be organised and have good attention to detail. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
