Mixed Media Art classes are all about letting go of fear and expectation and trying something new. We create projects that develop over a few weeks in different mediums and surprising ways, from painting to printmaking, pottery to wire sculpture. All abilities are welcome.
Most surprising fact about my art career:
It actually began as an architecture career.
My artistic inspiration:
I draw inspiration from connections: to nature, to people and places. Spending time in the landscape, soaking up the small moments and expressing the feeling of a place in vibrant colour, playful textures and a variety of mediums.
The thing I love most about teaching art:
I love creating a space for people to forget about the outside world, tune out of the noise and just create together.
Mixed Media Arts classes take place on Tuesday morning from 10.30am until midday.
