With the re-opening of our brand-new gym, we have just a handful of spaces to join Foxhills across all membership categories, starting from 1st July.

The gym transformation includes the launch of cutting-edge Symbio cardio equipment from Life Fitness, with Foxhills becoming the first venue in the UK to install this technology.

Partnering with Life Fitness, a global leader in the fitness industry for more than 50 years, the full refurbishment of the Foxhills’ fitness suite is now complete, with new-to-market Symbio equipment never seen in the UK before, as well as a new layout, natural colour scheme and new flooring installed to fully transform the space. The new gym also includes a bigger free weights area, additional squat rack and stretching spaces, as well as more resistance machines. 

The Symbio innovation sets a benchmark for cardio technology in the UK, providing a truly personalised and engaging experience for the user, using advanced biomechanics for a full sensory fitness journey. The intuitively responsive technology utilises the body’s natural motion to enhance the user’s fitness experience, with on-demand coaching, fitness content and entertainment within the interactive screens on each machine.
