Rooms will be available to check in from 2pm when you will then have access to our leisure facilities.
Upon arrival and check-in, we kindly ask for a £25 pre-authorisation per room, per night to guarantee any extras. Should you not order any extras to your room, this will be released in your account.
Check out:
We kindly ask you check out and vacate your room by 11am. Whilst access to the leisure facilities is included until 11am, you are able to enjoy our Manor restaurant and bar after this time.
If you would like to have extended facility use, this is at the discretion of the facilities on the day.
Cancellation/ Non Arrival:
Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival date by contacting our Reservations team on reservations@foxhills.co.uk or 01932 872050.
A late cancellation or non-arrival will incur a full rate charge to the card used to guarantee the booking (For multiple night bookings, full rate charge will apply for the first 2 nights). In the event of a non-arrival for a multiple night stay the hotel reserves the right to cancel the remaining nights of the reservation.

DBB cuisine credit
Cuisine credit is valid on food only (not drinks or service charge) and may be redeemed in The Fox dining rooms or Nineteen. Any unused credit is not refundable or transferable. Further terms and conditions may apply.
Family Bookings:
Our Standard Double rooms and Junior Suites can accommodate up to 2 children. Children aged 2 to 12 will be accommodated in single pull-out beds at an extra fee of £25 per child. Children aged 0 – 2 will be accommodated in a Travel Cot at no extra cost.
Family Rooms can accommodate up to 3 children. Please note there will be an extra charge for the 3rd child if they are aged 2 to 12 years old and require an extra bed.
Confirmations for bookings made directly via our website will show total cost including extra beds if children have been added to the number of guests and these will be automatically allocated.
Extra beds & cots are subject to availability.
Gift Vouchers:
